Nucleus Services helps organisations make informed decisions, strengthen their teams and improve programme results. We provide consultancy, research, monitoring and evaluation, training, publications and event support tailored to each assignment.
As the consultancy arm of Nucleus Foundation, we build on Nucleus's experience of serving people and communities since 2007. Nucleus Services has delivered consultancy assignments since 2013, combining specialist expertise with practical development experience and an understanding of local contexts.

We help organisations assess needs, examine opportunities and plan practical responses. Our consultancy support draws on experience in enterprise development, organisational strengthening, livelihoods and sustainability.
Research
Our research services turn questions into evidence for action. We conduct feasibility and market studies, needs assessments, value chain studies, stakeholder mapping and labour market research, managing assignments from research design and fieldwork through to analysis and reporting.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Our monitoring and evaluation services help clients understand progress, assess results and improve delivery. We undertake baseline surveys, tracer studies, impact assessments and project evaluations, and develop monitoring systems suited to programme needs.
Training
Our training combines participatory learning with coaching and follow-up to help people apply new skills. We develop and deliver programmes in entrepreneurship, business counselling, organisational development, project and financial management, leadership and training of trainers.
Publications
We develop publications that make knowledge accessible and useful. Our work includes training manuals, practical toolkits, community handbooks and reports, with content shaped around the people who will use it.
Events
We support conferences, workshops, learning exchanges and stakeholder meetings that bring people and ideas together. Our event support connects programme content, facilitation and coordination to help clients deliver purposeful, well-organised events.
